I went there for laser hair removal treatment. Bahar is an amazing technician; She's patient and very friendly. The laser can be painful at times, and she would listen to my needs and go with my pace. The clinic can be a little disorganized with appointment times, so be sure to confirm your time close to the date.

I frequent this clinic to get laser hair removal done. I tried it out with one standalone session to test the waters and I was very pleased with the results from my first session alone that I knew I had to purchase the package and come again!Bahar is a pleasure to work with and she is a highly skilled laser technician. It has been 3 full body & Brazilian sessions so far and I am so over the moon happy with the results, there has been a dramatic improvement in the amount of hair reduction.I had laser sessions in the past with two different machines but they just didn't cut it. This clinic uses a Cynosure laser machine and coupled with the skillset of Bahar it just a very effective combination!I highly recommend getting laser hair removal at this clinic with Bahar. She really takes her time to make sure that she is targeting each area properly and does a very thorough job and the results speak for themselves. Also this clinic has good hospitality and the receptionist and staff are all warm and welcoming.Thank you Bahar and thank you Venus Cosmedical!

I started out with one laser hair removal session to test the waters. Just after that one session, the change was so obvious that I booked my follow ups with no second thought.Bahar is kind, professional, and knowledgeable. Their machine is also very modern and efficient too.I am now considering their other treatments such as HiFu with the doctors because I feel very comfortable with this clinic.

How is hyperhidrosis diagnosed?

Diagnosing hyperhidrosis usually starts with your healthcare provider asking about your medical history and symptoms. A physical exam or tests may follow to identify the cause. Blood, urine, or other lab tests might be needed to check for conditions like an overactive thyroid or low blood sugar.

If no underlying health issues are detected, excessive sweating, or hyperhidrosis, can be managed with various treatments. There is no specific sweat level that defines hyperhidrosis, which can be mild, moderate, or severe. A dermatologist will typically perform a physical examination and ask questions about your symptoms, including their impact on your mental and emotional well-being. They may use a starch iodine test, where a powder that turns purple when wet helps identify overactive sweat glands. This test is useful before treatments like injections or microwave thermolysis.
